How To Return An Item
Unless there is a manufacturer defect, your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, . Magnet Controllers with the adhesive backing removed will not be accepted for refund. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase and you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) before returning your item.
- Please email email@example.com to request a RMA number. Note: if you return your item WITHOUT A RMA number, we will NOT ACCEPT your return.
- Mail your returned item to the shipping address provided on the RMA.
- In your return, include all originally shipped items including product, packaging materials, inserts, booklets, etc. and a printed copy of your RMA and your original receipt.
- Your item must be returned within the allowable period noted on the RMA or it is subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Merchandise that has been altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Worn, scratched, incomplete items, or items that are returned beyond the designated return period, will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Original shipping and handling are not refundable.
If the item you purchase is defective, you will need to follow the steps above under How To Return An Item. You will be required to return the defective item before a replacement item is shipped. All shipping and handling (both ways) will be paid if your original product was defective.
